The Three Main Steps in the Visa Process

This is a process where the employer requests permission from the Department of Labor to hire a foreign worker.
I-140 Petition with USCIS
This is a petition filed by the employer with USCIS to classify the foreign worker under EB3 worker category.
Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing
This is the final stage where the foreign worker either adjusts status to permanent resident if already in the US or obtains an immigrant visa from a US consulate if outside of the United States.
