- Proof that you have met with your fiance in the past 24 months.

Step 3 of the K1 Visa Process:
File with USCIS with the correct filing fee.
Step 4 of the K1 Visa Process:
The DS-160. After receiving the USCIS I-797 Approval Notice the foreign national fiance completes form DS-160 which is an online submission.
