Once registered, we recommend the following:
Check your spam filters for correspondence from DOL. This is the most common reason for a delay in the registration system.
Add to your email contact lists and spam filter’s authorized-sender list the following DOL email addresses: plc.help@dol.gov
If you do not recall your username, password, or PIN, do not try to re-register. Re-registration of the same employer will be subject to delay due to the need to verify the validity of the new registration.
If you have any problems with your company registration, send an email to the box established to handle registration issues: plc.help@dol.gov. This e-mailbox functions as a help desk for companies attempting to register on the PERM system.
Include the following in your email so they can locate your registration:
Your Name & Job Title.
Your Tel #
Your Email address
Company Name and Address
Company FEIN
Must Re-Register if organization’s name is incorrectly spelled or changed:
Whenever an organization’s name is incorrectly spelled or changed, it is necessary for the employer to re-register the organization under its corrected name or new. The correction or change can not be done online. All registers are “locked” at the time of registration and can NOT be edited.
Whenever you re-register, please email the reason for re-registering to plc.help@dol.gov. The purpose of this explanation is to avoid denial for multiple filings.
